Chapter 1
The golden sand of Beach City shined as dawn approached the horizon. It was like any other summer weekend, the boardwalk was busy, the sun was bright, and Steven was… sleeping in. Steven suddenly woke up to Jasper next to his bed, screaming at him to wake up. Jasper was well aware of Steven’s sleeping patterns, as she was employed by Pearl to watch him sleep.
